But if any of our customers face difficulty in managing ordered products, a claim or request could be made because customer satisfaction is our first priority.
Our flexible return policy allows customers to return/exchange the product right up to 30 days, starting from the date when the product is delivered.

Returning and/or Exchanging Products
Make sure that the customers only with the following enlisted queries will be entertained.
If the customer is not satisfied with the size that is unfit for the body
If the delivered product (jacket or coat) is different from the picture shown on the website
If the defective pieces are sent to the customer
If the wrong jacket on the same given address is parceled to a customer
How to Return?
We are committed to get you your perfect jacket in the first go. However, if your custom order doesn’t fit you well, we do the first alteration free of cost.
All returns are accepted within the 30 days’ time period after delivery. Once this timeline is over, we will not be responsible to any returns or refunds.
Get an approval for return/exchange, simply send us email at info@thepellepelle.com (within 24 hours) of receiving the parcel.
Mention your name, order number, email address, attach photos of the product you have received and state the reason for return. Our sales representative will get back to you within 24-48 working hours to serve you in best possible way.
Once you get the approval for return/exchange, we will provide you with our Warehouse address. Buyers are requested to send the package and share the Tracking Number.
Traceable pre-paid shipping methods apply to all packages.
All returns shall be made within 30 days.
The customized jackets will not be returned, as it is specifically made on request.

Our Satisfying Policy

Check the product for quality or defects then claim us a request. After we receive the parcel back order will be processed as soon as possible
Make sure that your jacket or coat must not be used and all the tags must be intact with the product.
The customer has to bear the shipping cost itself as only one-time shipping cost is free for all customers purchasing our products
A refund is eligible 30 days from the date of purchase, only with proof of purchase found in your order confirmation email.

Wrong product received by the customer
Products has some defects
Product damaged in shipping
Product is tampered

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

Order Cancellation
The order cancellation request must be made within 48 hours to get full refund.
Once the item is shipped, any cancellation will not be accepted.
